General Information

All our prices include FREE shipping.

We want your frozen food to arrive in perfect conditon, and so we have to set a minimum order quantity of 2.0kg for all orders. This means we are also unable to send out samples of our food.

As long as we have received  full payment for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the order to you (either to you or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). Once your order has been delivered, all risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you.

Shipping Locations

Given the nature of the product we are only able ship to mainland UK postocodes, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. We will automatically refund any orders that we are unable to ship to.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order is packed, your order will be shipped by DPD on a next day delivery service. In placing your order you authorise us to pass on your telephone number and email address to DPD for the purpose of sending you uppdates on your delivery.

Under normal circumstances you will receive an alert from DPD on the day of delivery about with your intended delivery time. Due to operational issues, DPD may need change this delivery time.
